Ingredients
1/2 oz Spanish brandy
1/2 oz Orange Curaçao
3 oz Rioja wine
1 oz Orange juice
1/3 oz Lemon juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/12 oz Cinnamon syrup
3/4 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a goblet glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a GOBLET GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of strawberry slices, orange and lemon slice wheels, and mint sprigs.
Method
- 3 STIR first 6 ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5 TOP with soda.
