Ingredients

2 oz Light white rum
1/2 oz Red bitter liqueur
1/2 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1/2 oz Agave syrup

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

Andrew Coyle created this drink in 2008. It happened at Montpeliers Group, Edinburgh, Scotland. The name is a literal translation from Spanish: 'Santiago at Dusk'.
