Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 oz Banana liqueur
1 oz White crème de cacao
1 1/2 oz Whipping cream
1 1/2 oz Milk (whole/full 3-4% fat)

How to make

Serve in a hurricane glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HURRICANE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of banana chunk (cut garnish from centre of banana and place the rest in the blender to make the cocktail).

Method

  1. 3 DRY BLEND (without ice) first 5 ingredients (all but Xanthan gum) on a slow setting and then gradually add Xanthan while continuing to blend.
  2. 4 Add 7oz scoop of crushed ice and BLEND some more.
  3. 5 POUR into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with banana chunk on rim.
  2. 7 Serve with a straw.

History

An alcoholic banana and chocolate milkshake, not overly sweet.

The Banana Banshee, stripped of its vodka, becomes a simple Banana Banshee.
