Ingredients

2 barspoon Grapefruit preserve
2 oz Light white rum
1/4 oz Triple sec
1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz Cranberry juice
1/4 oz Pomegranate juice
1/2 oz Lime juice

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (flamed).

Method

  1. 3 STIR grapefruit preserve and rum in base of a shaker to dissolve the preserve.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
