Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Cacao spiced rum
15 Unspecified
1 1/3 oz Pineapple juice
1/3 oz Cucumber syrup
2 oz Ginger beer
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 STIR first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
- 2 TOP with ginger beer
- 3 <strong>Special ingredient #1</strong>: Spiced brine (made with 100g green chilli or Jalapeño cooked in 100g of water until boiling point and then add 70ml white vinegar and 15g of salt (adjust depending on chilli)
- 4 Blend and fine strain).
