Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Pineapple syrup
1/6 oz Pineapple juice
6 drop Daiquiri bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with lime wedge.

History

Depending on the ripeness of pineapple/lime, up to a spoonful of agave syrup may be needed. A few drops of Daiquiri Bitters can boost the pineapple complexity.
