2 oz Peated malt whisky
1 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
4 drop Abbott's bitters

Serve in a coupe glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (discarded) and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
