Ingredients

Vanilla pod
1 1/2 oz Vanilla vodka
1 1/2 oz Whipping cream
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

  1. 1 Take 1/4 a vanilla pod and cut along its length
  2. 2 MUDDLE this in the base of a shaker
  3. 3 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

History

An alcoholic vanilla milkshake with vanilla specks.

Originally called a Snowfall Martini, this was discovered in 2002 at Lot 61, New York City, USA.
