Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Soda water
1 2/3 oz Tonic water
1 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
How to make
Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)
- 1 POUR first 2 ingredients into ice-filled glass
- 2 Carefully pour cognac so it floats to form a gold layer over the clear soda and tonic
- 3 Add a wooden lollipop stick as the drinker should stir before enjoying.
