Ingredients
3/4 oz Reposado tequila
3/4 oz Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
3/4 oz Pacharan liqueur
1/6 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Orange juice
4 drop Chocolate bitters
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest and star anise.
Method
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6 Garnish with star anise floated on cocktail.
