Ingredients

7 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
2 oz Scotch whisky
3/4 oz Apricot liqueur
3/4 oz Pink grapefruit juice

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients.
  3. 5 SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 7 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

History

Scotch, grape juice, apricot liqueur and grapefruit may seem unlikely but they combine well.

This drink was discovered in 2004, originally named Speyside Martini, at Indigo Yard in Edinburgh, Scotland.
