2 barspoon Coriander seeds
2 oz Gin
60 Unspecified
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 grind Black pepper
1 pinch Salt

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of carrot slice.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE coriander seeds in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with carrot slice.

Reminiscent of an alcoholic carrot and coriander soup.
