Ingredients
2 dried Clove
2 oz Cognac (brandy)
3 oz Apple juice
Float Whipping cream
How to make
Serve in a toddy glass
- 1 MUDDLE cloves in base of shaker
- 2 Add cognac and apple juice
- 3 SHAKE without ice and fine strain into glass
- 4 WARM in microwave then FLOAT double cream over drink.
