Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Irish whiskey
1/3 oz Chartreuse Green
1/3 oz Green crème de menthe
1/3 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 dash Absinthe
1/3 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of mint leaf (or shamrock).
Method
- 3 SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5 TOP with soda.
