Ingredients

1 1/3 oz Reposado tequila
1/6 oz Chartreuse Green
1/4 oz Vanilla sugar syrup
1/4 oz Ginger syrup
2/3 oz Lime juice
2 1/2 oz Dry cider

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of apple slice.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with cider.

  1. 6 Garnish with apple slice.

Herbal tequila meets lime and mild ginger heat, mellowed by creamy vanilla and lengthened with apple cider.

This cocktail was created in July 2021 at the Lobby Bar at The London Edition Hotel in London, England. It was sold to support S.A.C.R.E.D., a charity that aids rural communities in Mexico.
