Ingredients

2 Unspecified
2 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Lemon juice
3/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 1/3 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of half strawberry.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  4. 6 TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with strawberry on rim.

History

A long, refreshing, orange-red beverage, this is essentially lemonade with strawberry flavour and vodka.
