Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Strawberry flavoured vodka
1/3 oz Fino sherry
1/6 oz Grenadine syrup
2 dash Aromatic bitters
2 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a sling glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of half a strawberry, lemon slice and mint sprigs.
Method
- 3 SWIZZLE first 4 ingredients in glass two-thirds full of crushed ice.
- 4 Fill glass with more crushed ice and briefly CHURN.
- 5 TOP with soda.

- 6 Garnish with half strawberry on rim, lemon slice and mint sprigs.
