Ingredients
1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/2 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
1/2 oz Apple juice
1/6 oz Apple sugar syrup
1 oz Whipping cream
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare cinnamon powder for garnish.
Method
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
