Ingredients

1 oz Cognac (brandy)
1 oz Gin
2/3 oz Lime cordial
1/3 oz Lime juice
3 dash Aromatic bitters
3 1/3 oz Ginger beer

How to make

Serve in a tiki mug or collins

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a TIKI MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered pineapple cubes and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry, lime wedge and mint sprigs..

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass/mug half filled with ginger beer.
  3. 5 TOP with rest of ginger beer.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with pineapple cube and maraschino cherry fruit stick, lime wedge and mint sprigs bouquet.
