1/2 oz Vanilla sugar syrup

Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of half strawberry and shot glass of prosecco.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients.
- 5 SHAKE with ice.
- 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 7 Garnish with half strawberry on rim and serve with a shot glass of prosecco on the side.
