1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1 oz Orange-red aperitivo
1 1/2 oz Tonic water
1/4 oz Mezcal
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of grapefruit slice wheel (dehydrated).
Method
- 3 POUR first 3 ingredients into glass and add ice to fill.
- 4 TOP with tonic water (leaving space for mezcal float).
- 5 FLOAT mezcal.
