Ingredients

1 2/3 oz Irish whiskey
1/3 oz Raspberry syrup
1/12 oz Gentian liqueur

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

This drink is adapted from a recipe created in 2019 by Ronan Collins, an Ambassador for Jameson. Ronan's initial recipe specifically called for Jameson Caskmates Stout Edition.
