1/2 oz Dry vermouth
1/2 oz Gentian liqueur
1/12 oz Agave syrup
1 dash Grapefruit bitters

Serve in a coupe glass

- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

- 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

The original recipe specifies Suze gentian liqueur; gentian flavour combines brilliantly with tequila, and dry vermouth adds herbal complexity.
