Ingredients
6 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
1 1/3 oz Gentian liqueur
1/3 oz Peach liqueur
8 fresh Mint leaves
1/3 oz Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)
How to make
Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs.
Method
- 3 Squeeze grapes to yield 20ml juice and SWIZZLE this with next 3 ingredients in glass half filled with crushed ice.
- 4 FILL glass with more crushed ice.
- 5 FLOAT amaro.

Linus Morgan created this drink at the Tap Room in Kungsholmen, Stockholm, Sweden. Morgan says, "The name is a wordplay on Suze and suspect, it's a swizzle with a nice bitter hit and a nice peach and mint finish."
