History
This could perhaps be named the Alpine Cup. Regardless, it is a true Summer Cup in style, balanced and refreshing in any season.
Created by Matt Hollidge (@theamateurmixologist) in London / Belfast, UK. "The basis of the cocktail is based on the classic summer / fruit cup recipe, transformed to compliment the flavours of Suze. The 'No 5' is a subtle nod to the history of the drink, where the ordered range created by Pimms (since discontinued) in the 1940s, listed a rye base as the 5th in their range."
