Ingredients
2 oz Gin
1 oz Lime juice
2/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 dash Aromatic bitters
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 POUR all ingredients into chilled glass and two-thirds fill with crushed ice
- 2 SWIZZLE with a swizzle stick (or churn with a barspoon)
- 3 Add more crushed ice to fill and SWIZZLE some more
- 4 Serve with straws.
