Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Pear and cognac liqueur
3/4 oz Apple Schnapps
1 1/2 oz Apple juice
1 pinch Cinnamon powder

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pear wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with pear wedge on rim.

History

Low in alcohol and slightly sweet, with apple and pear flavors and a hint of cinnamon.

This drink was created in 2002 at The Borough, Edinburgh, Scotland. Initially named after a famous cockney duo, it was later renamed after the cockney rhyming slang for pear.
