Ingredients

2 oz Gin
2 barspoon Honey
2 oz Pink grapefruit juice
Top up with Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 STIR honey with gin in base of shaker to dissolve honey
  2. 2 Add grapefruit juice, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
  3. 3 TOP with soda water.

History

A tart, dry mixture of gin and grapefruit.
