2 oz Light white rum
3/4 oz Limoncello liqueur
3/4 oz Dry vermouth
1/4 oz Maraschino liqueur
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 DRY SHAKE (without ice) all ingredients
- 2 Add ice, SHAKE again and fine strain into chilled glass.
