History
A Vieux Carré twist using scotch instead of rye and cherry wine for vermouth; aromatised wine provides bitterness.
This adaptation is from a recipe created by Georgia Billing at The Looking Glass Cocktail Club in London, England. Georgia's original recipe calls for Gravino Cherry wine instead of cherry brandy, Reina Lab Spiced Rosemary syrup in place of cinnamon sugar syrup, and includes her own Reina Lab Sinner Bitters.
