How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
- 1 Scoop out the soft inner flesh of fig into shaker
- 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass
History
Cognac fortifies this drink, bringing rich fig and honey.
Created in 2015 by Alex Francis at Revolucion De Cuba in Sheffield, England, this drink was named "as a nod to brandy's strong history with New Orleans, and the many classic American cocktails that it spawned."
