1/2 oz Mezcal
1/2 oz Blanco tequila
1/2 oz Red bitter liqueur
1/2 oz Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)
1/2 oz Dry vermouth
1/2 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of quarter orange slice wheel on rim.

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History

An equal parts riff on a well-known Sydney bar cocktail, it is slightly mellower yet retains the drink's bittersweet agave and aperitivo character.
