History
This orange drink combines sweet and sour flavours in a grown-up way.
Tony Conigliaro created this drink in 2001 at Isola in Knightsbridge, London, England. The original recipe called for 22.5ml of the Monasterium liqueur, which is no longer available. Chartreuse, a 50/50 mix of Green and Yellow, has been substituted, as it is suspected to have inspired the Monasterium.
