History
A lightly spiced and bittersweet drink, suitable for an aperitivo.
This cocktail was created in 2017 by Joe Macbeth at 400 Rabbits in Nottingham, England. Joe Macbeth describes his drink as "A nod to Americana and the Robert Frost poem from which it derives its name. A bittersweet dedication to all those who wistfully regret bygone decisions and ponder a life where the grass is greener." Joe's original recipe includes: 40 ml Few Spiced American Gin, 25 ml Suze, 25 ml Rinquinquin, and 2 dashes of Chamomile bitters.
