History
A boozy mix of bready genever, pear, citrus, and faint honey.
Jan Halfpap created this cocktail in 2016 at Bar Le Lion in Hamburg, Germany. It is a variation on the classic Journalist cocktail and is named for Robert Savelberg, a Dutch journalist based in Berlin. Savelberg gained renown in Germany for his pointed questions during a press conference concerning the new Federal Government's coalition agreement in October 2009. A satirical film about the event was later produced by ZDF.
