1/12 oz Lavender sugar syrup
4 drop Margarita Bitters
1/3 oz Chilled water

Serve in a coupe glass
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lime zest twist discarded and skewered maraschino cherry.
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
