2/3 oz Orange-red aperitivo
2/3 oz Passion fruit purée
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 dash Aromatic bitters
How to make
Serve in a tiki mug or collins
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill a TIKI MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of cinnamon stick and bamboo leaf (optional).
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Cacao and coffee flavours from the rum shine in this fruity, delicately spicy, Tiki-influenced cocktail.
Dinos Constantinides created this drink in 2019 at Lost + Found, in Nicosia, Cyprus. His original recipe specified "Grandpa's Lemonade," prepared with a Thermomix. This version simplifies that by using lemon juice and sugar syrup instead.
