Ingredients

1 oz Aged rum (6-10yr)
1/2 oz Oloroso sherry
5/12 oz Orgeat syrup
3/4 oz Lime juice
3/4 oz Cream of coconut

How to make

Serve in a sling glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a SLING GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of creole-style bitters and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with dashes of creole-style bitters to colour ice crown and top with maraschino cherry.
  2. 6 Serve with a straw.
