1/6 oz Fig liqueur
1/6 oz Dry vermouth
1/6 oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
1 dash Apple cider vinegar

Serve in a coupe glass

- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

History
Cognac, herbal Bénédictine, and rich fig liqueur are harmoniously balanced by dry vermouth and cider vinegar. The drink is finely balanced and sings when achieved.
Matt Robertson created this drink in 2015 at Hawksmoor Spitalfields in London, England. His original recipe uses Martell Cordon Bleu cognac.
