Ingredients
10 fresh Green grapes (seedless)
1 oz Red quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
Top up with Prosecco
How to make
Serve in a flute glass
- 1 MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker
- 2 Add Dubbonet, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
- 3 Slowly TOP with Prosecco and lightly stir.
History
Similar to a sparkling Shiraz wine.
Named for the 15th-century Venetian painter Titian, renowned for his use of auburn red, this cocktail is commonly found in his hometown. In its place of origin, it is prepared without Dubbonet.
