Ingredients

10 fresh Raspberries
2 Unspecified
2 oz Cognac (brandy)
3/4 oz Amaretto liqueur
1/2 oz Strawberry liqueur
1 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
1 1/2 oz Whipping cream

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of Cadbury's Flake.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE raspberries and strawberries in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  4. 6 Lightly WHIP cream and FLOAT on cocktail.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with Cadbury's Flake crumbled over cocktail's surface.

History

Very rich, resembling a trifle in appearance and taste.
