1 1/2 oz Aromatic bitters
1/2 oz OP high ester aged pot still rum
2 oz Pineapple juice
1 oz Lime juice
1 1/2 oz Cream of coconut
How to make
Serve in a poco grande glass
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill a POCO GRANDE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

This recipe is adapted from one created on October 2nd, 2013, by Zac Overman, a New York bartender experimenting at home. His Trinidad Colada, also known as Angostura Colada, was first served at the Sunken Harbor Club in Brooklyn upon its opening on January 23rd, 2014.
