Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Apricot liqueur
3/4 oz Orange juice
4 dash Orange bitters

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

Harry Craddock's 1930 book, The Savoy Cocktail Book, offers a recipe adapted for this drink. VALENCIA COCKTAIL. (No. 1.) 4 Dashes Orange Bitters. 1/3 Orange Juice. 2/3 Apricot Brandy. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
