Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Apricot liqueur
3/4 oz Orange juice
4 dash Orange bitters
1 1/2 oz Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass
  2. 2 TOP with sparkling wine.

Harry Craddock adapted this recipe from his 1930 book, The Savoy Cocktail Book. The Valencia Cocktail (No. 2) is presented with the following instructions: VALENCIA COCKTAIL. (No. 2.) 4 Dashes Orange Bitters. 1/3 Orange Juice. 2/3 Apricot Brandy. Shake well, strain into medium sized glass, and fill with Champagne.
