1/3 oz Strawberry sugar syrup
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/12 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 RIM glass with sugar (moisten the outside edge with lemon or orange juice and dip into sugar).
- 3 Prepare garnish of heart-shaped strawberry slice.
Method
- 4 MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
- 5 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
