2 oz Orange-red aperitivo
2 oz Sauvignon Blanc wine
1 barspoon Cherry brandy
1 barspoon Elderflower cordial
1 barspoon Picon Biere
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
- 1 STIR all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
History
Burnished copper red, bittersweet with wine, elderflower, fruit liqueur and bitters.
Rich Hunt created this cocktail in 2009 at Quo Vadis in London, England. It is based on the flavors of the spritz, but contains no carbonation.
