Ingredients

5/6 oz Reposado tequila
5/6 oz Passionfruit liqueur
2/3 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Vanilla sugar syrup
5/12 oz Passion fruit purée
1/3 oz Egg white (pasteurised)

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of Verdita served on the side.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.
