Ingredients

1 oz Blanco tequila
1 oz Dry vermouth
1/2 oz Vetiver Gris liqueur
1/3 oz Mezcal
1/4 oz Red bitter liqueur

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

Smoky, bittersweet, and wonderfully fragrant.

This cocktail was adapted from a 2019 creation by Alex Kratena at his Tayer + Elementary bar in London, England. The original recipe featured Ocho Blanco Tequila, QuiQuiRiQui Tobala Mezcal, Campari, Noilly Prat Original, Martini Rosso, and Muyu Vetiver Gris.
