1.5 fresh Passion fruit
2 oz Apple juice
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Passion fruit syrup

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 SCOOP the seeds and flesh of passion fruit into base of shaker
  2. 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

History

This alcohol-free drink, inspired by the Porn Star Martini, is fruity and balanced, not overly sweet.

Søren Bøgh Brier, a Danish home bartender, created this drink in August 2018, describing it as "as a sort of compensation" for his wife, who had abstained from cocktails during her pregnancy.
