Ingredients

5 Unspecified
2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 oz Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of fresh strawberry.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  4. 6 TOP with sparkling wine.

A crowd-pleaser - it looks great and its fruity, balanced flavour will offend few.
